Why do you need an Unboxing Video?

It acts as proof for the courier company. If an item arrives broken, the video proves it happened in transit and not after opening. It helps us help you faster!
Why is there a ₹200 fee for exchanges?

Shipping is expensive. If the product is defect-free but you changed your mind, this fee helps cover the cost of the return trip and sending the new item.
What if I don't have WhatsApp?

You can email the video link (Google Drive/Wetransfer) to shopvelinor@gmail.com, but WhatsApp is faster for us to process.
